St Francis Herb Farm Hops is Traditionally used as a sedative and to relieve tension. Hops helps relieve occasional insomnia, nervousness and mental fatigue. Hops can help with tension, which often stops us from being able to relax and sleep well.

DIRECTIONS & USE
Adults: Take 0.8-1.5 ml (20-45 drops) 45 minutes before retiring in a little water on an empty stomach.

Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you are taking barbiturates, sedative drugs, and/or other herbs with sedative properties; if you have depression and/or related diseases.

Contraindications:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
