DIRECTIONS & USE
(Adult Men): Take 1 capsule with breakfast, lunch and dinner to minimize gastric disturbance for a total of 3 capsules per day.
Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month.
