Known primarily as a precursor to choline and acetylcholine (a neurotransmitter in the brain responsible for nerve transmissions and cognitive function), DMAE has been used most predominantly to improve memory and focus while stimulating neural activity. Many researchers believe that it may serve an anti-aging function by increasing the bodys capacity to produce acetylcholine a deficiency commonly associated with memory loss. Other conditions that may benefit from DMAE supplementation are ADD/ADHD, Aspergers Syndrome, and mood disorders.

DIRECTIONS & USE
Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily, preferably between meals.
Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 months.

CAUTIONS & NOTES
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have liver or kidney disease.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking cholinergic or anticholinergic drugs, or if you have epilepsy, affective disorder, Parkinsons disease, a history of alcohol abuse or if you have a psychiatric or neurological disorder such as, but not limited to, depression, schizophrenia, seizure disorders.
If you experience headache, muscle tension, affective symptoms, drowsiness, insomnia, confusion or change in mood, discontinue use.
