NOW Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is an herb that is extensively used in Ayurveda, the traditional herbal system in India. Ashwagandha is used in Herbal Medicine as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress (e.g. in case of mental and physical fatigue related to stress)

INGREDIENTS Each 1 dropperful contains:
Organic Ashwagandha Extract500 mg (1 mL) (Withania somnifera) (Root)
1:2 herb strength ratio. Approx. 500 mg herb equivalent per 1 mL serving.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

De-ionized Water, Organic Cane Alcohol (48%).

Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

DIRECTIONS & USE

Adult Dosage: Mix 4 to 5 dropperfuls daily daily in warm water.
