Diindolylmethane, or DIM, is a phytochemical thats a natural metabolite of certain compounds found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and cabbage. Weve included calcium-D-glucarate to help support a process called glucuronidation, an important mechanism of detoxification that aids in the elimination of certain environmental toxins from the body.

DIRECTIONS & USE
Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule daily.
Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Take with food.

CAUTIONS & NOTES
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking medications or natural health products, if you are attempting to conceive, or if you have a liver disorder or symptoms of low estrogen (such as joint pain, mood changes, changes in libido, hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness or irregular menstruations).
