DIRECTIONS & USE
Adult Dosage: Take 1 to 6 tablets daily.

CAUTIONS & NOTES
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Chlorella can cause diarrhea, abdominal cramping, flatulence, or nausea.
